AUTONOMUS HOUSE
Passive, self-sufficient dwellings, also known as autonomous houses, are our primary objective.
These houses depend solely on themselves to produce heating, cooling, electricity and more.
Each self-sufficient home can be configured differently depending on the climate, location and needs for each project.
Our passive houses are hermetic, highly insulated, do not use any method of external heating or cooling, the design is based on the architectural development of airtight living volumes, well-oriented windows and the capture of heat induced by solar radiation to maintain the climate within the House.

Habitemos offers a realistic option for cost-effective homes that provide high levels of comfort while using very little energy for heating and cooling. In the face of rapidly increasing energy prices, this makes Habitemos an economically attractive option.

The energy needs of a passive dwell are so low that they can be easily met with active solar gains or other renewable sources located on or near the site

PASSIVE HOUSE
Passive houses need very little energy to achieve a comfortable temperature throughout the year, making heating and air conditioning systems obsolete. At the same time it offers higher levels of comfort also protects the structure of the building.
According to international codes Habitemos Homes achieves international requirements for Passive Homes .
